These terms apply to your use of luxehomes.co.ke ("the website"), operated by Luxe Homes Ltd. By using the website you agree to them.

1. Information on the website

We work to keep project information, prices, payment plans and availability accurate, but they can change without notice. Nothing on the website is an offer capable of acceptance. A sale is only binding once a written sale agreement is signed by both parties. Please read our Property Disclaimer.

2. Site visits

Booking a site visit through the website is a request. A visit is confirmed only when our team contacts you. Visitors are responsible for their own safety on site and should follow guidance from our staff.

3. Calculators and the assistant

Payment, mortgage and affordability calculators and our automated assistant give estimates and general information only. They are not financial, legal or valuation advice. Confirm all terms with our team and, where appropriate, your bank, advocate or a registered valuer.

4. Payments

Make payments only to the official Luxe Homes Ltd bank accounts or M-Pesa paybill stated in your sale agreement and receipts. Luxe Homes staff will never ask you to pay into a personal account. If in doubt, call 0795 908 908 before paying.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, submit false information, attempt to access our systems without authorisation, or copy content for commercial use without permission.

6. Intellectual property

Content, photographs, logos and designs on the website belong to Luxe Homes Ltd or its licensors.

7. Links

Links to third-party sites (such as Google Maps, YouTube and social media) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Luxe Homes is not liable for loss arising from reliance on website information without confirming it with our team.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
