Chama & group buying

Invest in land together

Chamas, investment clubs, SACCO groups and families: secure land as a group, with guided group site visits, payment plans that fit your contributions, and clear documentation.

Why groups choose Luxe Homes

Built for chamas

Group site visits

Bring the whole chama. We organise a guided visit for your members so everyone sees the land, the beacons and the access roads before you decide.

Payment plans that fit a group

Pay cash or through structured instalments on selected projects, timed around your group's contribution cycle.

One plot or many

Buy a single plot as a group investment, or several plots so members can each own one in the same project.

Clear documentation

Selected projects have ready title deeds. We explain the documentation options for groups and work with your advocate on the transfer.

Present to your members

We can share project details, prices and maps for your next meeting, or join the meeting by video call to answer questions.

Dedicated contact

One property consultant handles your group from the first enquiry to the documents, so your officials always know whom to call.

Projects for groups

Current land projects

Plots from KSh 250,000. Ask about buying several plots in one project.

Prices, payment plans and availability are subject to change. Documentation varies by project, so please confirm current terms and documents with our team before purchase. Luxe Homes does not guarantee land appreciation or investment returns.

How it works

From meeting to title deed

  1. Tell us about your group

Number of members, budget, preferred area, and whether you are buying one plot or several.

  2. Get a shortlist

We send matching projects with current prices, payment plans and maps to share with members.

  3. Group site visit

Members visit the shortlisted project together with our team.

  4. Agree terms & documents

Your officials review the sale agreement with your advocate and agree the payment schedule.

  5. Pay & get documentation

Pay to the official company account and receive documentation according to the project and agreement.

Group enquiry

Get an offer for your chama

Tell us about your group and we'll send a shortlist with prices, payment plans and maps you can share with members.

Can a chama buy land in Kenya?

Yes. Groups commonly buy land either through a registered entity (for example a registered group, company or co-operative) or in the names of selected members. The right option depends on how your group is registered, so confirm with your advocate before signing.

Whose name goes on the title deed?

That depends on your group's structure and your agreement: the group's registered name, or individual members' names when each member takes a plot. We explain the options for each project and work with your advocate on the transfer.

Can members each get their own plot?

Yes. Your group can buy several plots in the same project so that each member owns one, subject to availability.

Do you offer instalments for groups?

Selected projects offer structured payment plans. Terms depend on the project and current offer; ask us for a plan that matches your contribution cycle.

Can you present to our members?

Yes. We can share project information for your meeting, join by video call, or organise a group site visit.
