Luxe Homes Ltd ("Luxe Homes", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data when you use luxehomes.co.ke, chat with our assistant, or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email. We process personal data in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 and its regulations.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Details you give us: name, phone number, email, project of interest, preferred visit date, number of people, budget, payment preference and messages you send through our forms, chat or WhatsApp.
- Valuation requests: the location, type and size of your property.
- Alert subscriptions: your email and the areas or property types you choose.
- Usage data (only with your consent): pages visited, device and approximate location, collected by Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
- Testimonials: your name, image, video and story, only with your separate written consent.

4. Automated assistant
Our website and WhatsApp assistant is an automated AI system. It answers questions using information approved by Luxe Homes and can record a site-visit request. It does not make decisions with legal effect about you; negotiation, legal and title questions are handled by our staff. Conversations are stored in our customer system so our team can follow up.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our services, under contracts that protect your data: website hosting, email delivery, WhatsApp (Meta), AI model provider for the assistant, Google (Analytics, Maps) and Meta (Pixel, only with consent), and our web developer for maintenance. We may disclose data where required by law. Some providers process data outside Kenya; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by the Act.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry and site-visit records: up to 24 months after your last contact, unless you become a customer. Customer and transaction records: as long as required for legal, tax and title purposes. Alert subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
You have the right to be informed, to access your data, to object to processing, to correct or delete false or misleading data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Email info@luxehomes.co.ke and we will respond within the timelines set by law. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
8. Cookies
Essential storage remembers your cookie choice and saved projects on your device. Analytics and advertising cookies load only if you click "Accept all". Change your choice any time with Cookie settings in the footer.
9. Security
Our site uses HTTPS, our customer system is access-controlled with individual staff logins and audit logs, and data is backed up securely. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the Data Commissioner as required by law.
